HELLO I'M QAADIRAH

I am a first-generation college graduate and, as the City of Atlanta's Chief Equity Officer, I led the legislative process to establish the city’s first Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. 

I graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and earned an MBA from Emory University. As a co-founder, I led the Future Foundation for 17 years, served as a U.S. Air Force Reservist, was named one of America's Leaders of Change, and currently serve on several boards that support improving the lives of children and equity issues.  

As a sought-after speaker I tell stories rooted in “courageous acts of unity” geared towards inspiring others to change the world for the better.
