As a member of Mayor Andre Dicken's Transition Committee, I built the infrastructure for the City of Atlanta's first Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI), launched a city-wide equity task force, developed a financial infrastructure to support revenue growth from $1M to $18M, and led the development of several city-wide startup initiatives.
